Single or multiple entry?
Single entry suits most trips. Choose multiple entry if you'll leave and re-enter Vietnam (for example, a side trip to Cambodia and back).
How long can I stay?
Up to 90 days from your entry date.
Which entry points?
The e-Visa is accepted at all international airports and major land and sea borders; you'll select your entry point in the application.
Can I extend inside Vietnam?
No. The e-Visa has no in-country extension. If you need longer — multiple entry, leave and return with a new application, or a different visa category.
What if I overstay?
Overstaying is taken seriously: fines that increase with the length of overstay, and possible entry bans for longer cases. Exit on or before the expiry date.
When do the 90 days start?
From the entry date you put on the form — not from approval. Pick it from your first flight.
Do children need their own visa?
Yes, one per traveller.
Are you the official site?
No. We file for you; the official portal is evisa.gov.vn. The government fee and our service fee are shown separately.
Do Israelis need a visa for Vietnam?
Yes. Every Israeli traveler needs an e-Visa in advance — there is no reliable visa-on-arrival for tourism. The application at evisa.gov.vn needs a form, a passport photo, and a passport scan. You can file yourself, or we complete it in Hebrew and check every field before submitting.
Single vs. multiple entry, and 90-day validity
The Vietnam e-Visa is valid for up to 90 days from your entry date. You can choose between single entry, which suits most trips, and multiple entry — worth it if you plan to leave Vietnam and return during the same trip, for example a side trip to Cambodia or Laos and back. The government fee differs between the two options, and we show it transparently before payment.
Photo and passport requirements — the most common reason for rejection
Vietnam's immigration authority is strict about photo requirements: white background, facing forward, no glasses or hat. The passport scan must be sharp with all four corners visible. A non-compliant photo or a blurry scan are the most common causes of delay or rejection. We check your files against the government's exact specification before filing, and also make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your planned exit from Vietnam.
What if the application is rejected — and dual nationality
If the authority rejects the application, you'll receive a notice with the reason (sometimes a general one). Common causes: a non-compliant photo or passport scan, details that don't match the passport, or a passport that doesn't meet the validity requirement. After a rejection you can usually reapply once the issue is fixed — we'll help you understand what to change. If you filed through us with accurate details and were still rejected, we'll contact you under our refund policy.
Do you also hold a foreign passport? The Vietnam e-Visa is tied to the passport you apply with — use the same passport you'll present at entry. If you have two passports, check with the authority which one applies before filing; don't apply twice on different passports for the same trip.
Extensions and overstay — no in-country extension
You cannot extend the e-Visa from inside Vietnam. If you need more than 90 days or to return after leaving — choose multiple entry up front, or file a new application after exiting. Overstaying even one day can mean a fine and an entry ban. The 90 days count from the entry date on the form, not from approval.
