Visa For Israelis

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

visaforisraelis.com ("we", "the Service") is an independent visa- and travel-authorization-facilitation service operated by Visaforisraelis.com. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government or government authority. We help you prepare and submit applications on the relevant government systems.

2. What we do and don't do

We prepare, check, and submit your application on your behalf based solely on the information and documents you provide. We do not decide whether a visa, ETA, or entry is granted — that decision is made entirely by the relevant authority. We cannot guarantee approval, entry to any country, or any specific processing time.

Official government portals may allow you to apply directly, sometimes at a lower cost (for example, where only the government fee applies). Our fees include a service charge for preparing, checking, and submitting your application correctly and on time on your behalf, in addition to any applicable government fee.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and valid documents. Before we submit anything, you will be shown all details and asked to review and confirm them. By confirming, you certify that the information is correct and matches your passport.

We are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information you provide, or from a passport or document that does not meet the destination's requirements.

4. Fees

You pay (a) the government fee, which we collect and pass on to the relevant authority on your behalf, and (b) our service fee for preparing, checking, and submitting your application. Both are shown separately before payment.

Government fees are set by governments and may change; the amount shown at checkout applies to your order.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. See our "Refund Policy" page for full details.

6. Rejections

If an authority rejects your application, the government fee and our service fee are generally non-refundable, as the service has been performed and the fee paid to the authority. A rejection is a government decision and not a failure of the Service.

7. Processing times

Any processing time we show is an estimate provided by the relevant authority and is not guaranteed. You are responsible for applying with enough time before your travel. We are not liable for delays caused by government processing, incomplete information, or events beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount of our service fee paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, accommodation, or travel costs.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
