Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Before submission
If you cancel your order before we have submitted your application to the authority, you are entitled to a full refund of the government fee. Our service fee is refunded in full if we haven't yet started work on your application, and case-by-case if work has already been done (for example, document review or back-and-forth communication) before you cancel — minus any payment-processing costs where applicable.
2. After submission
Once we have submitted your application, fees are non-refundable. At that point the government fee has been paid to the authority and our work has been performed.
3. Rejections
If the authority rejects your application, fees are non-refundable, because the government fee has been paid and the service performed. A rejection is a decision by the authority, not by us.
4. Errors on our part
If an application is rejected or delayed solely due to a demonstrable error we made (not due to information you provided), contact us and we will re-file the application at no additional service fee, or discuss an appropriate remedy.
5. Duplicate or mistaken orders
If you place a duplicate order in error, contact us as soon as possible; if we have not yet submitted it, we'll cancel and refund it.
