How it works

We are not the official authority of any country. We're a service that fills in, checks, and submits your application in Hebrew — so you don't have to deal with foreign-language forms, and don't have to worry about a mistake stopping you at the border.

1. 1. Choose a destination and start an application

   Sign up with an email and password, choose your destination, and start an application — every field and required document is tailored to the destination you chose.

2. 2. Fill in details and upload documents

   A form in Hebrew, field by field, exactly matching what the authority requires. You can add as many travelers as you like to the same application, and upload scans/photos directly from your phone or computer.

3. 3. Review and confirm

   Before payment, you're shown a full summary of everything entered. You confirm it's all correct, and only then continue to payment — to reduce mistakes that could cause the authority to reject the application.

4. 4. Pay — government fee + service fee, separately

   For every destination we show the government fee (passed on to the authority in full) and our service fee as two separate amounts — never one opaque number.

5. 5. We submit the application ourselves

   A person (not a bot) goes over your application, submits it on the relevant authority's official portal, and follows up until there's a decision.

6. 6. You receive your approval

   The moment the authority approves it, we upload the final file to your account and send an email update. Every application and its history is kept under "My orders".
