To provide the Service we collect: your name, email, and password; the personal, passport, and travel details of each traveler on your order; uploaded documents (such as passport scans and photos); and payment information (processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).

We use your data solely to prepare, check, and submit your visa or travel-authorization application; to communicate with you about your order; to process payment; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

We share the necessary information with the relevant government portal in order to submit your application. We also use trusted service providers (hosting, database and file storage, payment processing, and email) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We do not share your data for marketing.

Your documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and transmitted over encrypted connections; sensitive fields are encrypted. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to process your order.

We keep your application data and documents only as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete uploaded documents after a defined retention period. You may request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
