Vietnam e-Visa Portal Not Working — Common Errors for Israelis

The official portal is only evisa.gov.vn. If the site hangs, payment fails, or the photo is rejected — that is common, not a finding that you are ineligible. Keep the registration code, do not pay on a site that looks official but has a different URL, and do not resubmit the same photo. You can wait and retry the portal, or have us complete and file there in Hebrew; the government fee ($25 or $50) is shown separately from our service fee.

How to tell it is the real site
Only evisa.gov.vn. Any URL with "vietnam" and "e-visa" on another domain is probably an intermediary or a fake. We are not the portal either — we fill it in for you.
The site hangs or will not load
The portal drops during peak hours and maintenance. That does not mean the application was deleted. Try another browser, another network, and come back with the same registration code if you already started.
Do not open five applications at once. Duplicates create double charges and conflicting statuses.
Payment failed after you were charged
Israeli cards sometimes fail against Vietnam's processor even after a charge appears. Wait for the portal email before paying again. If there is no code after several hours — contact the portal with a screenshot of the charge, or let a service complete one clear filing.
Photo or name error
Family name first, exactly as on the Latin passport page. White-background photo, no glasses. This is the most common rejection for Israelis — not "the portal hates Israelis".
What we can do, and what we cannot
We complete and file on evisa.gov.vn in Hebrew after a file check. We cannot bypass portal maintenance, reverse a charge Vietnam already took, or overturn an eligibility refusal.
