Are you the official body that issues the visa?

No. We're an independent service that fills in and submits your application on the relevant authority's official portal (e.g. evisa.gov.vn or evisa.gov.az). You can apply directly on those portals yourself for free/for the government fee only — we charge a service fee for the work, review, and filing in Hebrew.

Why are there two amounts — a government fee and a service fee?

The government fee is charged by that country's authority (not by us) — it's passed on in full. The service fee is payment for our service: filling in the form in Hebrew, checking it meets the requirements, and actually filing it. We always show both amounts separately, so you know exactly what you're paying for.

How long does it take to get a decision?

Processing time varies by destination and is shown on the relevant destination page. Some destinations also offer expedited filing for an extra fee. Note: processing times are set by the foreign authority, not by us, so they're estimates and not guaranteed.

What happens if the authority rejects the application?

If the authority rejects an application filed with accurate details and documents you provided, we'll contact you about next steps and the relevant refund policy. It's important to know that the final decision belongs solely to the foreign authority and is outside our control — so make sure every detail you enter is correct and accurate before final confirmation.

Is my information and documents (including passport number) secure?

Yes. Passport numbers are encrypted in our database, and documents are stored in private storage that only you and whoever is handling your application can access (via signed links valid for a limited time only).

Can I apply for several travelers (family, group) together?

Yes — you can add as many travelers as you like to the same application. Each traveler fills in their own details and uploads their required documents, and the total payment is calculated by the number of travelers.

What if I need to change details after I've started filling in the application?

As long as payment hasn't been made, you can go back and edit all details and documents. After confirming the details and paying, the application moves into processing — for urgent changes at that stage, please contact us directly.
