Two visas, not one
Israelis need a Vietnam e-Visa. Cambodia needs its own separate e-Visa. The Vietnam visa does not cover Cambodia. If you return to Vietnam after Angkor, choose multiple entry for Vietnam.
A common route
Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City → flight or bus to Siem Reap (Angkor) → back to Vietnam for the coast or Hoi An. Check which border accepts your e-Visa — you select the entry point on the application.
Timing
File both applications several days before leaving Israel. Vietnam's 90 days count from the first entry date on the form — don't pick a date that's too early if you start in Cambodia.
