Israel is visa-waiver for New Zealand, but after booking you still need an approved NZeTA before check-in. The fee covers the NZeTA request plus the NZD 100 IVL tourism levy (we show a USD equivalent at the rate). Processing is usually up to 72 hours. You also complete an NZTD traveller declaration before entry — we file the NZeTA, not the NZTD.

What the fee includes
The NZeTA request and the IVL levy in New Zealand dollars. The USD figure on this site is a conversion. Our service fee is separate. Approval lasts up to 2 years, each stay up to 3 months. Passport valid 3 months beyond leaving New Zealand.

The traveller declaration (NZTD) is not the NZeTA. Complete it close to arrival on New Zealand's official site. Without an approved NZeTA the NZTD will not get you on the flight.
