If you already booked Yangon, you still need an e-Visa from evisa.moip.gov.mm: $50 government fee, single entry, stay up to 28 days, approval valid for entry 90 days, 3–5 working days. Myanmar is unstable — check the foreign-ministry advisory before you pay further, even if the ticket is in hand.

Cost and documents
